All Caught Up

It has been an interesting couple of days.

I can say that the postings here represent the best of the work that I originally created and posted for friends to view on Facebook. (Not everything made the cut...)

This blog now contains over 800 original Memes that I still find funny or interesting and am proud to share.

Everything presented after this post will be completely new work.

Some 'stock company' characters will most definitely be back for occasional visits. Additions will be made to "Pages and Collections" as warranted and do I hope to re-visit some past series when inspiration strikes.

If there is any creativity in the 'tids and bits' that I post here, I think that it's in the recognition of connections in imagery that have been painted, whether by brush or with words. Art and humor are very much 'in the eye of the beholder' and my flights of fancy are presented here, with no intention of disrespect meant to the amazingly gifted source creators.

Humor is subjective and not everything that I create and post will appeal to all. I appreciate constructive feedback but there are other places to visit on the web if the offerings in My Little Memes are not to your taste.

So there.

On a very personal note, I would like to sincerely thank all of those folk who have been encouraging and have shown such enthusiasm and kindness as I have toddled along this interesting path.

It really has meant the world to me.
